The space

◘ Relax on the peaceful & private front porch to take in the beauty of the surrounding nature and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The yard is partially fenced and mostly surrounded by trees & very private, only one cabin located behind.
◘ Inside this newly updated cabin, you’ll find a brand new 4K UHD Roku-equipped TV in both the living room (65") and the bedroom (55"), which are connected to WIFI with access to all of your favorite streaming apps (you must log into your own accounts)!
◘ Walk into an open living room and kitchen, equipped with a drip coffee & a Keurig (BYO-Coffee or K-cups) and all the dishes and cookware you may need.
◘ Fireplace is controlled with a remote. There is an electric fireplace for use in the cooler season (Oct.- Mar.), in the living room.
◘ In the bedroom is a brand new KING bed & a built-in desk, so come relax in the Smokies while still being able to get some work done!
◘ We are dog-friendly, with restrictions, so please message us with details if you intend to bring your furry friend(s)!) The yard is fenced as well as tree-lined making it a great area for letting your dogs play (with the supervision of course).

Guest access

You will have access to the entire cabin!
Driveway is secluded and the entire cabin is surrounded by trees (note that in winter months, the cabin behind may be seen).
We use an electronic lock, so no keys to pick up or misplace.

Additional notes

Dog Policy - If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app and let us know what the age and breed the dog is. We do not allow puppies less than 1 year old and certain breeds that are known to be destructive. All dogs must be house trained. You will be responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for you pets to do their business and clean up after them. In some cases we do provide waste stations to clean up after them. Unless otherwise specified in the listing there will be a $100/stay pet fee applied to your reservation.

Because we are dog-friendly, if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs, I recommend you do not stay at Infinite Dreams. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that you may not have an allergic reaction from a previous guest’s dog(s).

Please note the level of privacy at the cabin is dependent on the season. During the Spring, Summer and Fall the trees keep the cabin private from neighbors. There is a cabin behind, in the winter months you may be able to see it.

Do not feed or interact with any wildlife, especially bears.
Make sure all trash outside is placed in the bear proof trash bins.
Never leave trash bags or food outside.

Towels and linens are provided, as well as soaps, shampoos, and even toothbrushes, are available if you forgot yours!

Primary person booking MUST be 25 years of age.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 9AM

Do not leave any trash or food outside, it will attract bears.
You are in nature and there are bears and other wildlife in the area. If Bears get too accustomed to people, they are put down. If you feed the bears, you can kill the bears, please don't kill the bears.

As with most cabins in the area, fireplaces should not be used April 1 - September 30.

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in most situations. However, IF we are able to accommodate, there is a $50 charge.

Condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided.

Absolutely NO unauthorized fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages.
As always, be safe and use caution. You WILL be accountable for any damages.

Guest interaction

You will have total privacy with this cabin. We will be available through the app anytime before and during your stay. We will respond as quickly as possible.
If there is an emergency, please call 911. If it is non-emergent, we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

House Rules

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Individual booking cabin must be 23 years of age or older and be staying on property.
You get the entire cabin to yourself!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided.

Soaps, Shampoo, Coffee Filters and even toothbrushes (just in case you forget) are provided.

You will be staying in/near the mountains and the woods, there will be bugs and potential for other pests, we take precautions with regular pest control but due to being so close to nature there are times when pests will make their way in.
We have no control over the weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.
