☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

There’s more than enough space for the whole crew across the home's five spacious bedrooms. All five bedrooms have Roku-equipped smart TVs to connect you to your favorite streaming servers - just log in to enjoy!

Four of the bedrooms are located on the main level, while the fifth bedroom is upstairs and designed for kids of all ages with three queen-sized beds and two twins. With slanted ceilings and a slumber party-like setup, the young ones in your group will love having this upstairs space to themselves!

The first bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for the young at heart. The second bedroom is the master suite with a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms on the main floor also have king-sized beds, with one of the rooms having access to the balcony.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The home has three full bathrooms so that everyone in your group can get a turn without waiting. The first bathroom is ensuite to the primary bedroom and features dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other bathroom on the main level offers a shower and tub combo. Finally, the upper-level bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note there’s also an outdoor shower located below the home to rinse off any sand from the beach.

You’ll find a washing machine and dryer in the hallway closet so that you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The open-concept layout of the kitchen and lounge area allows you to easily hang out as one large group. While the designated chef whips up tasty meals in the modern kitchen, the other guests can keep them company at the kitchen island or kick back on the comfy sofas in the living room. You can stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV - just remember to bring your own log-in info!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The location near the ocean makes this holiday getaway a real treat every time you step outdoors. Wander out to the large deck to enjoy panoramic views of the gulf.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in one of the chairs, eat meals at the picnic table on the front deck, or relax on one of the loungers.

You’ll find another patio space downstairs, complete with a small charcoal grill, two tables, a tiki bar, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the extra sand from the beach. This is a great place to hang out day or night, and your furry friend can enjoy the beautiful weather from the fenced-in yard area.

If you want to hit the beach, it’s just a quick walk along a designated path - it doesn’t get much better than this!

We use electronic locks, so no keys to keep up with or misplace!

Additional notes

Dog Policy - If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app and let us know what the age and breed the dog is. We do not allow puppies less than 1 year old and certain breeds that are known to be destructive. All dogs must be house trained. You will be responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for you pets to do their business and clean up after them. In some cases we do provide waste stations to clean up after them. Unless otherwise specified in the listing there will be a $100/stay pet fee applied to your reservation.

Because we are dog-friendly, if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs, I recommend you do not stay here. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that you may not have an allergic reaction from a previous guest’s dog(s).

Do not feed or interact with any wildlife, as it could be potentially dangerous.
Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the dumpsters located in the neighborhood.
We do not recommend leaving food outside unattended.

Guest interaction

Guests will have private access to the entire house, including the wonderful decks, tiki bar, and fenced backyard. We provide cookware, dishes, linens, and beach towels. We do not provide any other household or beach equipment.

The driveway and parking places are located at the front of the house and there’s space for multiple vehicles. You will need to walk up the steps to access the main part of the house.

We use electronic locks, so no keys to worry about or misplace!

If there is an emergency, please call 911. If it is not an emergency, we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Neighborhood overview

This house is located on the second row back from the beach, with beach access located down and to the right, just follow the roped path!
You will be in a cul-de-sac with other rentals, so please be respectful of others and use designated paths.
There are dumpsters available in the neighborhood to throw away the household trash.

Getting around

While the beach is within walking distance, you will need a vehicle to get around town. Of course, you can always rent a golf cart and have fun! You are allowed to drive on the beach, but if you plan to park on the beach, a parking permit is required (which can be purchased for around $10 at The Big Store)!

House Rules

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Primary guest booking must be 25 years old and be present for the duration of the stay, no exceptions.
You get the entire house to yourself, with access to the public beach!

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided.
Coffee Filters, dishware, and cookware are provided

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

You will be staying near the beach and ocean, there are bugs and potential for other pests. While we take precautions with regular pest control, due to being so close to nature there are times when pests will make their way in. Please reach out should there be a serious issue.

We have no control over weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern, I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.
