By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Dog Policy - If you are brining your furry friend you must submit a message through the app and let us know what the age and breed of the dog is. We do not allow puppies less than 1 year old and certain breeds that are known to be destructive. All dogs must be house trained.
You will be responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for you pets to do their business and utilize the provided waste station to clean up after them.

Because we are Dog Friendly if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs you should not book Sugar Hollow. While we do our best to thoroughly clean we can not guarantee that if you are highly allergic you won't have a reaction due a previous guests dog.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Guest booking must be at least 23 years of age and be present for the duration of the reservation.

We do not offer late check out or early check in typically. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages

Sugar Hollow is a 2-Family building, you will have the entire downstairs to yourself with no interaction with others. While there is an upstairs apartment there is no interior connection between the 2 units and the upstairs is not frequently used. You will likely never hear anyone up there and you will certainly not disturb anyone.

We have no control over the weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.
