There is a 𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙣𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙞𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙚𝙨 next around back and a 𝙂𝙖𝙨 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡 on the back deck. We do not provide Firewood but it can be purchased many places around town including most grocery and convenience stores as well as several roadside stands throughout the area.

• You get the entire cabin to yourself!
• Please note the level of privacy at the cabin is dependent on the season.
• During the winter months when the trees are bare you can see neighboring cabins but they are not on top of you at all.
• During the Spring, Summer and Fall the trees keep the cabin private from neighbors.
• Propane grill on the Back porch
• Towels and linens provided. Soaps, Shampoos and even a toothbrushes available if you forget yours.
• 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙗𝙚 23 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙖𝙜𝙚 and present for the duration of the stay. Message us for possible special exceptions.
• The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• As with all cabins in the area the fireplace is not to be used April 1 - October 1.
• We do not offer late check out or early check in typically. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge.
• Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided

• Absolutely no unauthorized fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.
• Use of the Fire Ring out back, gas grill as well as the fire place during approved months (Oct-March) are acceptable. We do not provide Firewood but it can be purchased many places around town including most grocery and convenience stores as well as several roadside stands throughout the area.
• Always be safe and use caution. You will be accountable for any damage.

Neighborhood overview

Easy Access close to town, secluded with no close neighbors so plenty of privacy.
The road is a little narrow but easily accessible with any vehicle including Motorcycles.

Getting around

Parking area is large and flat so any vehicle short of a 30' RV can easily park in the driveway.
Cabin is just 5 miles from the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge

House Rules

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Absolutely No Pets

Guest booking cabin must be at least 23 years of age and be present for the duration of the stay
You get the entire cabin to yourself!

As with all cabins in the area the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.

We do not offer late check out or early check in typically. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

You will be staying in/near the mountains and the woods, there will be bugs and potential for other pests, we take precautions with regular pest control but due to being so close to nature there are times when pests will make their way in.
We have no control over the weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.
